After welcoming you to Irilena Hotel, we would like to inform you of our new policies of Irilena Hotel, due to the special healthcare protocols by E.O.D.Y. in relation to COVID-19.
- HOUSEKEEPING-We would like to inform you of the required cleaning and decontamination of your room prior to your check in. The cleaning process has been done with products that have been authorized and recommended by the GREEK Department of Health E.O.D.Y. Please choose one of the following:
- BREAKFAST hours are between 08:00 -10:00 and is self-service per room or per family. We are asking our guests to please follow the designated distance markers that are placed on the floor and keep distances from other guests.
Please, wear face mask and use hand antiseptic solution before your enter in breakfast area,
as is required.
- CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: The Hotel Check in policy is at 15:00 and our check out policy is at 10:00.
This is due to the extra time needed to decontaminate room for the next guest.
While staying at the Hotel we kindly ask you to respect any and all related healthcare measures (indicatively including physical distancing, hand washing, use of face masks).
You must stay in your room if you experience at any time during your stay at the Hotel minor symptoms such as cough, headache, mild fever, and get in touch with the Hotel’s reception immediately (number 11).
Upon departure, you are explicitly requested to immediately notify the Hotel if you develop symptoms associated with COVID-19, or obtain a positive test result for COVID-19, within 14 days following departure.
